    Every burro is checked before the start. Rental burros meet their runners here.

  3. Mid-morning

    Race starts

    Long course starts first, followed by the short and intro courses.

  4. Midday

    Spectators

    Finish line festivities

    Cheer teams in — the finish chute is the best show in town.

  5. Afternoon
